How To Change Your Account Password

It is important that your USER account has a secure, private password at all times. This is especially important for buyers who have downloadable items in their accounts.

For maximum security you should :

1. Change your password regularly
2. Keep your password private and never give it out
3. Make Sure your password is unique
4. Have a complex password comprising of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers

Here’s how to change your password:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click Your Account Information at the top of the page.
3. Check the box under your email - Change Password.
4. Enter your old password and new password in the fields provided.
5. Click SAVE
